Renovation of a beachfront café–pâtisserie in the heart of Sitia. The project focuses on redefining the exterior space through a semi-open metal and timber structure based on bioclimatic principles. Its roof opens only at the ridge, allowing warm air to escape and naturally cooling the space during summer months. To counteract sound reflections from the surrounding glass surfaces, the roof and the two central wooden luminaires incorporate integrated acoustic absorption panels, ensuring both environmental comfort and a refined spatial experience
